Xm6 Platform Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the xm6 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and xm6 as the platform operator.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
Eligibility Requirements
To register and use the xm6 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority as defined by the laws in your jurisdiction.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not fall within any category of individuals prohibited from using online betting platforms in your country of residence.
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
Account Security
Each user is solely responsible for the security of their own account. xm6 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the xm6 support team immediately. The platform will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's own negligence.
One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted only one active account on xm6. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using xm6, you agree to comply with all platform usage rules as set out below. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without xm6's written consent.
- Attempting to disrupt, hack, or breach the platform's security systems in any manner.
- Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Falsifying your identity or providing false information during registration or account verification.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of the games or the experience of other users.
- Transferring or selling your account to any other party under any circumstances.
Xm6 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including permanent account suspension or closure.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
Official Currency
All transactions on the xm6 platform — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). xm6 accepts no responsibility for any exchange rate differences that may be applied by a user's bank or third-party payment provider where currency conversion is involved.
Deposit Process
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and others) as well as approved e-wallets. All deposits are subject to the minimum limits set by your chosen payment method. Deposited funds may only be used for permitted activities on the platform.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed within timeframes that vary depending on the chosen method. xm6 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal in order to ensure transaction security. Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering will be placed on hold and reported to the relevant authorities.
Financial Responsibility Limits
Xm6 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third-party banking systems, technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, or payment provider failures. Users are advised to retain proof of every transaction as reference in the event of a dispute.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xm6 and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, service disruptions, or unexpected game outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" and xm6 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from errors or interruptions at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Xm6 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or used the platform in a manner that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. Accounts suspended pending an active investigation will not receive any payouts until the investigation is concluded. Winnings obtained through means that violate these terms may be voided.
Intellectual Property
All content on the xm6 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the property of xm6 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any element of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The xm6 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. xm6 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & How to Contact Us
Right to Amend Terms
Xm6 reserves the right to modify, improve, or update any part of these terms at any time without direct prior notice to individual users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from the use of the xm6 platform shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Users agree that any claims or disputes will be resolved through the channels designated by the platform, including an internal resolution process before being referred to any external forum.
